At Masunk, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and accessories. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
 • Items must be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.
 • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
 • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
 • For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
 • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
 • Customized or personalized pieces
 • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
 • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
